  53. The Top Chefs of Atlanta Serves its Community---For Free!Wed, 02 Sep 2009 01:54:40 GMT
For those in attendance, on Sunday at Le Cordon Bleu's end of the summer festival, " The Slow Food on Campus Club", had all five of your senses titillated at the same time. As soon as you stepped out of your car... your eyes were filled with brilliant colors of veg tables and lavish colorful booths. Your ears were filled with the soothing music of Atlanta's best music groups, like Rachel Little from Dacula, Ga. Not to be left out your nose would automatically direct your path to the numerous booths creating aromas of great food. Your sense of taste and touch worked hand in hand as you put these free treats in your mouth... the next step was to lick your fingers clean. By this time you were in "Happy Town". A place where you start talking like you were doing a commercial for the food that you were eating.

On Saturday, Stone Mountain Harley Davidson held its annual 'Hogs For Dogs" in conjunction with the Gwinnett County Humane Society. They used their connection to raise much needed funds for "Man's Best Friends". The next time a harley rolls up next to you at a traffic light, try waving at them and say "Hello neighbor!
