The Real Meaning of Christmas

Over two thousand years ago, God gave to the world a gift that keeps on giving for all eternity. God gave us Jesus Christ. He gave us his only begotten child. He was born of human flesh and die on the cross for each and everyone of us. A lamb of sacrifice.

He is the reason for this season and this holiday Christmas. He is the conquer of life, death and misery. For he shall save only his people who believe in him and only He can give you eternal life. He is the door....to Heaven.

Education, social status, money, priest, pastors or the Pope can not save you....Only Jesus Christ can write your name in Heaven. Let him into your heart, and share the real meaning of Christmas with your family....TODAY ON CHRISTMAS !!!

While the children are opening their gifts and playing with their toys, today is a wonderful opportunity to share with your children the real meaning of Christmas. Sit them down and share Jesus Christ's story with them, and let the young know that it is truly better to give than receive. Moreover, teach them how to pray for those less fortunate children around the world today.

Tell them not to ask for things that they personally want in their prayers. For prayers are supposed to be meaningful communication where one ask for God's direction and wisdom. He is Almighty and omniscient all knowing.

He may grant you a sign for a change in your life. The miracle of Christmas that offers you gifts year round. He is not a ", Genie in the Bottle"who will grant you only three wishes. However if properly done. He can give you eternal peace and life ever after.

Teach them the power of prayer. Let them know that through their simple prayers, they can ask for change for the poor and that they can find life long comfort knowing God through Jesus Christ.

No need to get too religious with them, just tell them about the birth of Jesus story. Is not meant to be that way.

Merry Christmas to all of my readers. I want to thank you for your readership and your contributions. Do you have a Christmas Story that you would like to share?
