AN ALL DAY SAFETY EVENT !
For many Georgians, the thought of what they can do, in order to make a difference , when it comes to safety might sound overwhelming. Most of the states citizens are programmed to be more reactionary, instead of precautionary.
The idea of being able to voice our opinions are frutal, and rightfully so, unless you join hundreds of individuals and organizations on the front steps of the Georgia Capitol on March 8, 2013, at 8:30 am, and in unison be heard about the changes in safety that needs to be addressed by our state representatives.
Come out and share your thoughts, as well as, learn information to take back to your communities.
Prevention Industry partners are invited to the Georgia Capital Building for a day of networking with each other and officials. Individuals and organizations are encouraged to attend the event regardless of what your area interest.
Prevention Industry Day at the Capital is an incredible opportunity for people in different areas of prevention to come together and share information with other individuals and organizations in the following areas of intervention:
Youth services
