NEW PARTNERSHIP ANNOUNCED
(Lawrenceville, Ga., Dec. 4, 2013) – Gwinnett County Parks and Recreation (GCPR) recently formed a new partnership with Positive Public Image, an organization that elevates the value and esteem of seniors by encouraging an active and healthy lifestyle. Founders Sheri and Bill Eppright, both seniors themselves, are musical entertainers and photojournalists based in Atlanta who travel throughout the United States sharing their music and healthy aging message.
Sheri and Bill share their experience and creative passion through music, stories and images to demonstrate and encourage fellow seniors to choose healthy aging and active positive lifestyles.
The partnership is a great fit with GCPR senior centers that offer caring and supportive atmospheres for social, recreational and educational opportunities to the senior population (age 50 – up) of Gwinnett County.
Through this partnership, GCPR will be able to distribute more information to the senior population on arts and crafts, exercise, line dancing, bridge, tap dancing, clogging, and computer training in addition to a variety of trips and special events.
