Don't Serve Me Cold French Fries !

As a national food critic I have already rated Zaxby's as the home of the 'Best French Fries'. Wendy's, McDonald's and Burger King fries can't compete.
My # 1 pet peeve when ordering food at a national fast food restaurant, is the anxious possibility of being served cold french fries. I would rather be car jacked. I don't even serve cold fries to my dog...He won't eat them, either.
The only thing that trumps cold fries, is customer service. Today most of fast food order takers are arrogant, moody and act like you are doing them a favor, earning minimum wage. Most people are bullied by them, and they fear to request individual service.
However, when a combo meal cost at least six bucks, a family of four can shell out close to thirty dollars, and they have every right to be served right.
Well there is no better feeling to know that when you visit Zaxby's, is that because they prepare your order as you walk in. There is not worry about knowing that your food will be hot and fresh...Every time !
Zaxby's employees are happy to serve you. They are conscientious, They are professional. More importantly, they are team oriented, and love working there. One thing that might surprise you is that they are honest and trustworthy.
Case in point, September 14, 2011, I visited the Zaxby's at Stone Crest Mall in Lithonia, Ga. It was close to closing time, so I called ahead to see if I had time to place a special order, the voice on the other end said, "Yes, I'll be waiting for you" ! I gave her my name. Stopped at an ATM, and headed that way.
About fifteen minutes later I met the lady who I had talk to earlier. Her name is Syvilla White. She had a smile on her face and a calming presence. Within a few minutes I was on my way to pick up my niece at a high school football game.
This Zaxby's experience is no different from thousands weekly from this chain of restaurants.
However my experience was different, because when I stop to buy a soda at a convenient store, and noticed that I had no money, while I was checking my pockets and retracing my latest stops, I received a voice mail from Ms. White at Zaxby's. I had thankfully given her a business card. She said," Mr. Livsey, I believe I have your money you had dropped on the floor, while you were paying for your meal".
So in a society, where trust and good deeds are on the decline, it is refreshing to know there are still Great People around like Ms. Syvilla White.
Likewise, if I had been served cold fries, I'd asked to speak with her manager, Ms. Shermekia Usher . This time, I wanted to speak to the manager, in order to make sure she would acknowledged Ms. White's good deed, at their next company meeting. For everyone else go by and buy some hot fries from Syvilla today !
I thank you so much for being a wonderful person Syvilla White. I hope Zaxby's will give her a management position !
