Here's how to throw a Kick ass Super Bowl Party?
A Super Bowl Party is the biggest party of all house parties for all football watching events of the year. You will be known for the rest of the year, if you are a Super Bowl Party King...If they can remember it.
Collect twenty bucks from each guest. Keep a record of your hosting cost. Now, as a host of any party, you must understand that you should be able to cover all the expenses anyway. The reason for collecting the 20 bucks is to have extra cash for some of the cash prizes for some of the games that they will play during the game.
1. Invite some hot girls to serve your guest, like the ring girls in Las Vegas, or your mom
2. Have a chaperon- (i.e. a former pulling guard from your high school football team). Someone who will be responsible for keeping an eye on the entertainment and the conditions of your guests.
3. Arrange your guest by dividing them based on their team .Provide face paint and posters for them to show their team spirit. This will make your party more like being at the big show, and release some creative juices.
4. Snacks are staples of any party. Make sure to have plenty on hand. Chicken wings, nachos, pizza, chips are all well received, but a cheaper way is to buy a couple bulk packs of ground beef and taco shells and let them make their own. Make sure to have all the fixings!
5. Have plenty of drinks and beer- A keg might be a great chose. Also make sure to have a selection of non-alcoholic beverages on hand, so they can alternate. Like have a beer, then a water, then a Red Bull. this will help them moderate their intake.
6. Have a friendly football pool. Where your guest can use a few dollars( The Twenty Bucks ), like matching the last number of the score of their favorite team at the end of each quarter, sacks and intersections, penalties, etc.
7. A drinking games - Like whenever an announcer says a special phrase like "First Down" or "Holding Penalty", is not a real good idea . Try to set the rules before the party starts, like two beers per quarter, and only one during the forth quarter, if you must.
8. Have your guests team up and put on Super Bowl commercial skits of their own with a cash prize- (have customs and make-up available, so they can really get into character.
9. A successful Super Bowl party requires a variety of snacks, drinks and games, even for those who are really there more for the party, than the actual game.
10. Most importantly, make sure to arrange a driving carpool for those who either becomes too depressed with the final score of the game or got too comfortable around the beer keg.
There is nothing more memorable than a DUI , death or prison time if you allow your guests to drive after serving them an abundance of alcohol.
Please remember this. Moderation in everything is a good rule of thumbs. If you notice one of your guests is getting belligerent, then practice a slow down process, whereby you start to replace his/her drink of chose with other non-alcoholic beverages.
