Even though Kristina Higgins, a Gwinnett County School teacher , gave up her Miss Georgia crown one day after winning the title... From the looks of it, Ms. Cook will Not let Georgia down !

On Sunday Emily Cook was officially crowned the new Miss Georgia. in Columbus, Ga. Ms. Cook won first runner up title in the initial Miss Georgia beauty contest. Due to Ms. Higgins conflicts, the Miss Georgia title was transferred to Ms. Emily Cook.

 A former graduate of University of Miami, and a soon to be University of Georgia law shcool student. We should all give her our support, especially when she represents the state of Georgia in the Miss America Pageant.
