Art comes to Seaford in seven vibrant styles on 4 May 2013, when seven of the most talented artists in the area display their work in the towns Arts@theCrypt. Seaford Musical Theatre Juniors are putting the finishing touches to their upcoming production 'Aladdin', written and directed by Paula Woolven, to be performed April 25-28 at the Barn Theatre, Saxon Lane, Seaford.The volunteer-run group has young members from all local primary and secondary schools and offers performance based learning opportunities for young people aged 8-18.Tickets are available online at http://www.ticketsource.co.uk/event/32184
Seaford Town Council are pleased to announce that they are inviting applications from voluntary or community groups providing a service or activity for the benefit of the residents of Seaford to apply for a small grant. In 2012 we helped 35 organisations. Local entertainers are pulling together to support 'One Night At The Barn' from 7.30pm on Saturday 16th March.The variety show is raising funds for renovation, repair and equipment for the Barn Theatre, Saxon Lane, Seaford.

Seaford's talented Rock and Jazz Orchestra -- a group of 30+ players aged 9 - 25 -- are playing a charity gig to raise funds for Seaford's Lifeguards. This surf-rescue and beach-patrolling group do valiant work all summer in Seaford Bay. They are highly trained, working with RNLI and HM Coastguard, and always need funds to buy and maintain their hi-tech equipment and run their training programme. The gig is on Sunday 16th September, the last night of the week-long annual Music Festival "Seaford Live"
The Seaford Family Fun Day held at the Downs Leisure Centre on Sunday 22 July was hailed a great success by joint organisers Wave Leisure and Seaford Town Council after glorious sunshine helped bring over 2000 visitors to the event.
