ERLANGER BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS IS LOOKING FOR A VOLUNTEER

The Erlanger Board of Adjustments (BOA) is looking for a volunteer to serve a four year term.

The Erlanger BOA is a board consisting of five (5) citizens (no city employees or council members), who are appointed by the mayor and approved by city council, that hear cases regarding conditional use permits, variances, change from one non-conforming use to another and appeals of the zoning administrator's decision. They meet on the fourth Monday of every month and applications shall be submitted by the first Friday of the same month. Each member will serve a term of four (4) years.

BOA members must be an Erlanger resident, will be required to earn continuing education hours, cannot be an elected official, and must receive the Oath of Office. If interested, please contact Building/Zoning Administrator Mark Stewart by May 31, 2012 at 727-7992 or mastewart @ci.erlanger.ky.
