Roundabout at Amity & Happy Valley will have delays starting Monday, October 27 while crews
install underground utilities and install some curb & gutter along the northeast portion of the roundabout.

Flaggers will be directing traffic from time to time, and drivers should plan on a little extra time or find another route. Estimated completion: November 8.
 
Ethel Drive between Oak St. and Port St. remains closed to through traffic while crews work on
underground utilities. Drivers should use N. 25th  St. as a detour. Estimated completion: November 14.
 
Franklin Blvd. Bridge Project.  This is an Idaho Transportation Department project reconstructing the east half of the bridge to match the west half of the bridge.  The speed limit is reduced to 25 mph on N. Franklin Boulevard. The I-84 speed limit is 55 mph in the project area.  Brief nighttime I-84 lane and ramp closures at the Franklin Boulevard Interchange will occur on occasion. Two lanes in each direction on I-84 will typically remain open.  Estimated completion: summer 2009.
 
Robinson Blvd. Bridge Project.  This is an Idaho Transportation Department project to rebuild
Robinson Blvd. I-84 Overpass.  Crews are driving a network of steel piles into the ground for the new bridge foundations.  Daytime noise will increase next week during the pile driving operation. Robinson Blvd. is closed from E. Franklin Rd. to Stamm Lane.  This new overpass will allow for the expansion of I-84.  Estimated completion:  January 2009.
