Jeannie Regan-Dinius to speak about Underground Railroad

LAFAYETTE – Monday, July 1 at 7 p.m. join Department of Natural Resources Historic Preservation and Archaeology special project coordinator Jeannie Regan-Dinius in the Alfred J. and Dorothy N. McAllister Meeting Room at the Tippecanoe County Public Library (TCPL).  

The groundbreaking system of pilots, conductors, passengers, and stations of the Underground Railroad had a strong presence in Indiana. Regan-Dinius explains how historians researched the Hoosier state’s role in this secretive network.

“Groundbreaking Reads” is the theme of the 2013 Adult Summer Reading Club.
