LAFAYETTE -- Local area potters are hosting a Summer Potters Market at YWCA, 605 N. 6th St., on Saturday, Aug. 25 from 10 a.m.-3 p.m.

The event will be held in the gym and will offer stoneware, porcelain and earthenware up to 40 percent off.   Cash or checks will only be accepted for payment.

Many of the potters participate in the annual YWCA Clay Bowl Giving Project to Benefit the Domestic Violence Program. For more information, call 765-583-4929.
