LAFAYETTE – Indiana University Health Arnett Occupational Services will be relocating its primary clinic from its current location at 3746 Rome Dr. in Lafayette to a new location at 2600 Greenbush St. in Lafayette effective July 23. 

“This change will allow us to better serve the employees of our business customers while improving access to a variety of additional medical services located in the 2600 Greenbush Street facility,” said Gerald Thomas, business development representative.

Hours of operation for Occupational Services are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. The department can be reached at the same phone numbers, 765-448-8708 or 800-899-8448.
