LAFAYETTE  -- The Indiana Department of Transportation has announced the ribbon cutting of the Lafayette to Delphi portion of the Hoosier Heartland Industrial Corridor for Wednesday, Oct. 24, at State Highway 421 and the Hoosier Heartland Corridor's entrance in Delphi.
