LAFAYETTE --- The Art Museum of Greater Lafayette will host a closing reception for its summer exhibits on Friday, Sept. 10 from 6-8 p.m. at the museum.

The featured exhibits include “Covering” America in the 1950’s and early 1960’s: The Saturday Evening Post Magazine sponsored by The Saturday Evening Post Society, the Henriott Group and Stuart & Branigin, and Go Figure: Creatively Transforming our Environment sponsored by Hoosier Recycling and Packaging Systems and Evonik Degussa Corporation, Tippecanoe Labs.

Laurette McCarthy, curator of the “Covering” America exhibit will be speak during the Gallery Talk segment at 7 p.m. Refreshments will be provided by the Art League.
