From Lafayette/ West Lafayette, Indiana

WEST LAFAYETTE -- Purdue Employees Federal Credit Union announces the promotion of Heather Nally and Phil Thoben to vice presidents.

As vice president of retail sales and service, Nally will provide leadership to sales managers and branch staff. Her 10 years of PEFCU experience will aid her in creating a cohesive, welcoming environment in all branches for members to transact and consult about their financial needs.

Nally will also work on behalf of members by promoting service excellence among staff and participating in the development and implementation of new products and services.

Thoben, vice president of member business services, will use his more than 30 years of experience in commercial lending and financial services to help grow local businesses.

“Given the depth of my lending experience as well as owning and operating small businesses, I offer a unique perspective to business owners,” said Thoben. “Having ‘been there and done that,’ I can share my hands-on experience when providing financial guidance to business owners.”

Both Purdue University graduates, Nally and Thoben pride themselves on service excellence. In their roles, each will ensure our consumer and commercial members receive quality service whether they are applying for a loan or setting up a checking or savings account.
