LAFAYETTE -- The United Way Board of Directors hosted its Awards Luncheon and Annual Meeting on Wednesday, Jan. 27 at The Tippecanoe County Fairgrounds.
During the annual meeting, retiring board members were honored. They include:
· Tony Albrecht, Lafayette Bank and Trust
· Brenda Clapper, Ball Eggleston
· Larry McShane, Evonik Degussa, Tippecanoe Labs
· Tracy Ranson, Evonik Degussa, Tippecanoe Labs
· April Reason, Evonik Degussa, Tippcanoe Labs
· Candy Minnear, Northwest Central Labor Council
New board members were elected along with new officers of the board for 2010. Rick Davis of The Henriott Group was elected president of the board for 2010. Other officers include, Jodi Roy, Tom Murtaugh and Randy Williams. Cindy Murray, City Clerk of Lafayette, will be the 2010 United Way Campaign Chair.
During the United Way Awards Program companies and organizations that have set the standard for charitable giving and support in Greater Lafayette were honored. Award winners were:
