Robb named American Advertising Federation 'rising star'

POSTED: Sunday, March 15, 2009   WEST LAFAYETTE  – During the 2009 ADDY Awards Banquet held Tuesday, February 24, at the Purdue Memorial Union Ballrooms, American Advertising Federation – North Central Indiana president Michelle Kreinbrook presented Purdue Employees Federal Credit Union Marketing Manager Kristy Robb with the Rising Star Award.             “For nearly 10 years at PEFCU, Kristy has proven herself as a very talented individual in developing creative communication and marketing solutions to meet the needs of our members and staff,” said Jackie Hofman, PEFCU vice president of human resources and marketing. “We congratulate Kristy on this accomplishment and look forward to her continued success.”             Robb received this award because of her efforts to make a difference in her chosen career and in the community in which she lives. Robb joined PEFCU in September 1999 as a marketing coordinator after earning her bachelor’s degree from Ball State University . She now leads a team of six staff members in areas of public relations, marketing, graphic design, youth financial literacy and business development.
