I am a manager at Maurices in the Tippecanoe Mall. We are holding our 2nd annual Rescues and Runways fashion show on Sept 12th. The event is to support our Almost Home Humane Society, the models in our fashion show will walk the runway with dogs that are currently available for adoption. There will also be a donation box for people to drop off items such as dog/cat food, treats, hard plastic toys, etc. We will also be holding a silent auction with the proceeds going directly to the Almost Home shelter. We were hoping to get this information on you community calendar and maybe even announced on the radio to help build awareness and support for the shelter. Thanks, Monica Van Dorn, Maurices
