LAFAYETTE -- Registration for the Men’s Over 30 League Winter 2009 season has begun. Please call Jorge Eufracio at 765-448-6444 for registration information. Teams and individual players can apply until Dec. 10, 2008.

TEAMS:
- 15-player roster
- 3 under age players permitted
- Games played on Wednesday nights
- Entry Dead Line: December 10, 2008
- Cost: $595 per team

INDIVIDUAL PLAYERS
If you don’t have a team, just fill out our "INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION FORM" and we will contact you before the session starts and get you on a team.
Individual cost: $75/includes a t-shirt.
