WiFi is now available for free at the Crossroads of the World!
Courtesy of Yahoo! in partnership with the Times Square Alliance, the program kicked off in November and offers free web access for a year in Broadway's pedestrian mall areas between 42nd and 44th Streets and 46th - 47th Streets, including Duffy Square.
You can check your email, surf the web, play games or send IMs -- whether using your laptop or a WiFi-enabled mobile device.
For Wi-Fi access, log on for the first time at the Cyber Cafe at Broadway Plaza at 43rd Street. (for technical requirements see: technical information and troubleshooting)
For more details on the program, visit the Times Square Alliance website.
