Let Me Introduce You to OurTown

OurTown.com is a group of national hyperlocal websites, focusing on issues and news of importance to you, the folks who live and work in each of Our Towns.

My site, www.ourtown.com/evanstonil, is designed to serve the needs of the people of Evanston, IL and the  surrounding area.   Think of us as your on-line newspaper, letting you know what is going on in your community, as well as national and world headlines, and other news that may be of interest to you.

This first page of our site will give you some basic information, as well as Up-to-Date data on "What's Happening in Evanston".  We'll also feature local businesses, and "breaking news" in our community.

Some of the interior pages will give you additional local news, input from your local schools, sports stories about your favorite teams and athletes, both on a local and national level, and fun topics, such as celebrity gossip, horoscopes, etc.  We also include things you might wish to know, such as movie times in local theatres and winning lottery numbers.
