The incident occurred at: Liberty Shell Gas Station, 30 East Liberty Street Specifics: Larry Stone was arrested on 1/30/2013 for an armed robbery at the Shell Station at 30 E. Liberty Street. Mr. Stone using a realistic looking BB gun approached the clerk and demanded money. Mr. Stone fled, but was later located by District One Officers at 827 York Street where he was involved in a physical altercation where he pointed a pistol at a female victim. District One officers quickly apprehended the suspect and determined he was the suspect in the earlier robbery. Mr. Stone was charged with several other robberies of as stations in the District 5 area.
