An incident of felonious assault occurred yesterday at 2435 Harrison Avenue. The suspect was driving a white Chevy Captiva, Kentucky plaate 129PDL. The suspect shot at two victims while they were in their vehicle. The first victime attempted to run for cover and was struck in the right hip. There were no injuries to the second victim. The first victim was transported to U.C. Hospital.

The Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team arrested Macarthur Jackson m/b 19 on March 22, 2012. Macarthur Jackson was identified by the Hamilton County Crime Laboratory after examing DNA evidence ( .44 caliber rifle) that was recovered by the Cincinnati Police K-9 Unit back on September 19, 2011. Cincinnati Police charged Macarthur Jackson with the aggravated robbery of the taxi cab driver.

The suspects were described as two male whites. Suspect #1 was 30 yoa, 602, thin build, wearing a black jacket, blue jeans, armed with a handgun. Suspect #2 was 30 yoa, 6, 170lbs wearing a brown leather jacket with a crown on the back and jeans.
On January 15, 2011, at approximately 2135 hours, District One officers responded to a report of a shooting at 26 E. 15th Street. Upon arrival, officers located a 44 year old male victim suffering a gun shot wound to the chest. The victim was transported to University Hospital, and is currently in stable condition. Additionally, a second victim, female, was the subject of an aggravated robbery during the same offense. The female victim was punched in the face by the same suspect, who robbed her of US currency. Witnesses on scene identified two suspects fleeing the area in a brown in color, Chevrolet Astro Van.

ON JULY 24, 2010 AT APPROXIMATELY 12:30 PM , AN AGGRAVATED ROBBERY OCCURRED IN THE 2500 BLOCK OF HEMLOCK ST., TAKEN IN THE OFFENSE WAS A 1998 MERC BENZ. THE VEHICLE WAS RECOVERED A COUPLE HOURS LATER , STRIPPED AND ABANDONED IN THE 2300 BLOCK OF FOWLER ST. THE SUSPECT IS DESCRIBED AS:
A MALE BLACK WITH A DARK COMPLEXION AND A 'SCRUFFY" BEARD, HE WAS WEARING A BLACK T-SHIRT AND A "CINCINNATI REDS" BASEBALL CAP. HE' S APPROXIMATELY 5'10" TALL AND 200 POUNDS AND WAS ARMED WITH A HANDGUN.
ON JUNE 18, 2010 AT APPROXIMATELY 4:00 PM AN AGGRAVATED ROBBERY OFFENSE OCCURRED IN THE 5000 BLOCK OF PADDOCK RD. THE SUSPECT WAS DERSCRIBED AS:
A MALE BLACK EARLY TO MID TWENTIES
APPROXIMATELY 6'0" -6'2" TALL AND165 POUNDS
WEARING A WHITE T-SHIRT, BLACK SHORTS AND HE USED A BLACK T-SHIRT TO COVER THE LOWER HALF OF HIS FACE.
THE SUSPECT WAS ARMED WITH A UNKNOWN CALIBER HANDGUN
The incident occurred on June 13, 2010, in the Price Hill neighborhood. The suspect stole the victims vehicle during the offense and is still believed to be operating the vehicle. The vehicle is a 1998 Chevrolet Tahoe, copper in color, bearing Ohio license plate ESX9194. The suspect is described as:

The incident occurred on July 10, 2010, at the intersection of Glenway Avenue and Grand Avenue. The suspects are wanted for forcibly taking the victims property while his vehicle was broken down at the listed intersection. Little information is known at this time. The first suspect is described as a black/ male approximately 20 years old, with a possible name of Spencer. The other two suspects are black females, both around 20 years old. No other information regarding the suspects is available at this time.
On June 29, 2010, District One officers responded to the scene of a double shooting at 1630 Lockhurst Lane, West-End, Cincinnati. Upon arrival, officers located two victims:
A black / male, age 19, sustained gun shots wounds to the buttocks, back and leg. Following treatment at the scene, the victim was transported to University Hospital for further evaluation. His injuries were described as non life threatening, the result of a shot gun blast.
A second victim was identified as a black / female, age 12. The second victim was an innocent by-stander who sustained a gun shot wound to the left temple, the result of stray pellets from the shot gun. The second victim was transported to Childrens Hospital for treatment, with injuries described as non life threatening.

She is reported missing from Columbus Ohio Police Department, and visited relatives in Cincinnati. She ran away from her relatives in Cincinnati and her location is not known.
