Rumor has it that Western & Southern has enacted a new dress code for its female employees,  Skirts are to be no more than 2 inches above the knee, no cleavage and ladies you have lost your right to bare arms.  If you have a sleeveless dress or blouse, you have to wear a jacket or sweater in the office.  Sounds a little like Catholic School in the 60's.
