YOUR FEEDBACK WANTED ON CINCINNATI'S BUDGET

From CinciPulse - The Pulse of the City

This is your chance.  If you are like me and others that I know, you are always complaining about how the city is spending "our" money.  Well, the city of Cincinnati is giving us a chance to give our input.  The City is implementing a Priority-Driven Budgeting process that relies on what you tell them are your strategic priorities.

City programs and services will then be evaluated based on the contribution they make to the strategic priorities. The Cincinnati City Council will make final decisions on the priorities identified as part of the City’s budget process.

Open sessions are being held throughout the City to help articulate the "strategic priorities" that will guide and inform funding decisions for the 2013/2014 budget. Each session is expected to last about two hours:

Monday, April 16 | 6:30 p.m. at Dunham Recreation Center (4356 Dunham Lane, Cincinnati, OH 45238)
Tuesday, April 17 | 6:30 p.m. at College Hill Recreation Center (5545 Belmont Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45224)
Tuesday, April 17 | 6 p.m. at The Public Library of Cincinnati and Hamilton County (Avondale Branch) (3566 Reading Road, Cincinnati, OH 45229)
