I just experienced an unexpected treat while eating lunch on Fountain Square today.  The Cincinnati Young People's Theatre performed selections from this year's production of Les Miserables.  When I first heard the program announced, I cynically thought, "now this should be good."  If you haven't seen Les Miz, it is an ambitious production challenging for the most seasoned performers.

What a delightful surprise.  these kids are terrific.  They have beautiful voices and they performed like true professionals in spite of the traffic noise and sirens in the background. 

If you chose to stay inside and enjoy the air conditioning today, you really missed something.  But you have another chance to see these talented young people perform.
