4th of July Downtown

Downtown is the place to celebrate Independence Day this year.  The Reds play St. Louis at 1:10p.m. so if you're a baseball fan, you might want to take in the game.  While you're downtown, don't forget to join in the celebrations on Fountain Square. 

The New Sousa Band is going to be playing on the Square, playing the patriotic marches of John Philip Sousa, i.e., "The Washington Post March and others.  The Saturday night movie on the big screen is Independence Day and you will be treated to some special visual effects during the movie.

After the movie, stick around for the famous Rozzi's Famous Fireworks.  And it's all free and open to the public thanks to title sponsor P&G and media sponsor Kiss 107.

Adult beverages and Coca-Cola soft drinks are available for purchase. Skyline Chili, Mama Made It kettle corn, popcorn, Sno-Kones, candy bars, and other treats are also available.

Fourth of July on Fountain Square is a summer celebration for everyone! Come,celebrate our nation’s birthday in the heart of our city.
