CINCINNATI — A CET viewer favorite is back on the air.   “Create” returned to the Cincinnati airwaves on Monday.   The 24-hour service provides “the best of” CET’s cooking, craft, travel and how-to programming, available on digital channel 48.2 and on Insight digital cable channel 219, CET announced. “Create” was previously broadcast from January 2006 to August 2007.   “Our viewers really enjoy the variety of programming offered on Create, such as ‘Rick Steves’ Europe’ and ‘This Old House,’” said Jack Dominic, CET’s VP and Chief Operating Officer. “We are proud to offer these educational, entertaining and enriching shows, and by making this switch, can do so to a wider audience.”   “Create” replaces CET World on Insight digital cable channel 219. Time Warner Cable customers will not be affected by the change.
