IMAX Corporation announced today that the epic action-adventure Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time , from Jerry Bruckheimer Films, directed by Mike Newell and starring Jake Gyllenhaal, will be released to IMAX theaters internationally with the film's wide release on May 28, 2010.
The film's limited international IMAX release will be digitally re-mastered into the image and sound quality of The IMAX Experience with IMAX DMR technology. The crystal-clear images coupled with IMAX's customized theatre geometry and powerful digital audio create a unique environment that will make audiences feel as if they are in the movie.

ComingSoon.net's ShockTillYouDrop.com visited the set of directors Greg and Colin Strause's upcoming sci-fi thriller, Skyline , starring Eric Balfour, Donald Faison, Scottie Thompson and Brittany Daniel.
The film takes place in a Los Angeles high-rise where a small group of survivors brave a mysterious attack of otherworldly origins. Faison is playing an entrepreneur who lures his longtime friend (Balfour) to the West Coast. After a night of partying, both wake to find a strange force is swallowing humanity off the face of the earth.

Geoff Boucher of L.A. Times ' Hero Complex had a chance to visit Christopher Nolan in the editing suite for his upcoming sci-fi thriller Inception , and of course, he couldn't pass up an opportunity like that without asking about Nolan's plans for his Superman reboot and Batman.
There was a lot of excitement a few months back when Nolan's name was mentioned as the "godfather" of a Superman reboot at Warner Bros., and speaking on the decision for the first time, Nolan told Boucher that his involvement with the Superman franchise came about from them having reached an impasse on what to do with their third Batman film and David Goyer having an idea of what could be done with the Man of Steel:
